Tokyo Women’s Serenity Massage provides private hotel and home visit massage for foreign women in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama.
If you are visiting Japan from overseas, you may have questions about our Japanese male therapists, communication, service areas, massage courses, travel fees, or booking.
Here are some of the questions we are most frequently asked.
Q1. Can I book a massage for today?
Yes. Same-day and last-minute bookings are welcome. Depending on your location, requested time, and therapist availability, we may be able to arrange a Japanese male therapist to arrive within as little as one hour.
Q2. Are all of your therapists Japanese men?
Yes. All therapists working with our service are Japanese male massage therapists. We carefully select therapists who are clean, respectful, well-mannered, and able to create a comfortable atmosphere.
Q3. Do your Japanese male therapists speak English?
Some of our Japanese male therapists can communicate in English, although not every therapist speaks English fluently. When necessary, we use translation tools to ensure smooth communication.
Q4. Can I communicate with you if I don't speak English?
Absolutely. You can contact us in your own language. There is no need to speak Japanese or English. We use translation tools to communicate with guests from different countries.
Q5. Can I send my booking message in my native language?
Yes. Simply send your message in the language you are most comfortable using. You do not need to translate it before contacting us.
Q6. Where can I receive the massage?
Our Japanese male therapists can visit your hotel, Airbnb, guesthouse, or private residence. You can enjoy your massage without traveling to a spa or massage shop.
Q7. What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Tokyo, including all 23 wards. We also provide outcall massage services in Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, simply send us your hotel name or location and we will check for you.
Q8. Is there a travel fee?
Travel within the Tokyo 23 wards is free of charge. For locations outside the 23 wards, including Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, a travel fee of approximately ¥1,000–¥3,000 may apply depending on the location. The exact travel fee and total price are always explained before your reservation is confirmed.
Q9. Do I need to prepare anything?
No special preparation is required. Our therapist brings the necessary supplies, including massage oil and towels. Simply relax in your hotel room, Airbnb, guesthouse, or private residence.
Q10. What massage courses are available?
We offer relaxing oil massage, aroma oil massage, and hand treatment. If you are unsure which course is right for you, tell us what kind of relaxing experience you are looking for and we can help you choose.
Q11. Can I request a specific Japanese male therapist?
Yes. If you have a preferred therapist, please let us know when you contact us. We will do our best to arrange your preferred therapist depending on his schedule and availability.
Q12. How much does the massage cost?
90 minutes — ¥11,000
120 minutes — ¥14,000
150 minutes — ¥17,000
180 minutes — ¥19,000
Extensions are available at ¥5,000 per additional 30 minutes. Any applicable travel fee will be explained before your reservation is confirmed.
Q13. How do I pay?
Payment is made in Japanese yen cash before the massage begins. Our therapists carry change, so you do not need to prepare the exact amount.
